Adrian Greyling

Financial Advisor

Adrian is a financial advisor with Investia Financial Services Inc. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1996. His credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from York University and completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Branch Managers Course. Using these tools, Adrian has developed great client relationships by focusing on each client as an individual, uncovering their needs and wants and bridging any gaps that may be present in their financial situation.

Adrian provides advice on investments, taxes, estate planning, education funding, and retirement. He works closely with his wife Shawna, an insurance advisor, and enjoys providing financial strategies that are tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. As part of a collaborative team, Adrian offers solutions to protect your long-term financial well-being. Together, you will come up with a solid plan for financing life's big moments such as post-secondary education or retirement, leaving you with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind about your financial future.

Shawna Greyling

Insurance Advisor

Shawna is a licensed insurance advisor and has worked in the insurance industry since 1998. She graduated with honours from the Business Marketing program at Loyalist College and has also obtained designations in Associate, Customer Service (ACS) and Associate, Insurance Agency Administration (AIAA) through the Life Office Management Association (LOMA).

As an insurance broker with access to over 20 different insurance carriers in Canada, Shawna offers products that cover the whole spectrum of life's big needs. Shawna works with her husband, Adrian, a financial advisor, in providing a personalized financial strategy for her clients. Shawna's diverse and well-rounded perspective has been a unique asset in the office and the overall insurance industry. She views her role as the "assessor and mitigator of risk" as she thoroughly explores each client's situation and recommends insurance and estate planning solutions to build and protect their financial futures. Shawna aims to put your needs first and alleviate any financial stress and hardship, leaving you with peace of mind and a cost-effective plan that will prepare you for the unexpected.

Sean Cassidy, CFP®

Certified Financial Planner®

Sean started his career in the financial services industry in 2014 and is now a financial advisor with Investia Financial Services Inc. He first developed a solid practice by providing insurance solutions to clients, then became a holistic advisor through the completion of the Canadian Investment Funds Course. Sean has further developed his knowledge and experience by obtaining his Certified Financial Planner® designation. Prior to becoming a financial planner, he worked as an elementary school teacher for 6 years.

With his combined background in education and financial services, Sean's clients receive the confidence they need to navigate the complexities of finance and reach their financial goals. Clients will experience a highly personalized, informative and professional planning process as a result of his diverse skillset. While recognizing and appreciating your unique qualities and needs, Sean takes an honest and diligent approach providing advice that can improve quality of life, leaving you feeling content inside and outside the walls of Parasol.

Wendy Lehmann

Office Manager

Wendy is the most recent addition to the Parasol team as the Office Manager. She has a background in science from the University of Manitoba. Wendy started her career in the financial services industry in a support role and as a personal banker.

Driven by the values of efficiency, excellence, and consistency, Wendy makes it her priority to ensure that clients receive the advice and peace of mind they deserve from their advisors at Parasol. Her organizational skills and background in financial services prove to be a big asset to the team as she takes on the task of coordinating a busy office. With a genuine and friendly demeanor inside and outside the office, Wendy serves as the first point of contact as she works closely with advisors and clients. It is her pleasure to provide a calm and comfortable environment for clients to openly discuss their concerns and ask the questions that are most important to them.


Mike McKale, BA, PFP (Retired)

Financial Advisor

Mike McKale joined Investia Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in 2005. Prior to joining Investia, he was Associate Director and Investment Counsellor for one of Canada's leading Private Banks. Mike spent 24 years in the investment and financial services industry providing Investment Management solutions and ongoing Financial Planning support to his clients before retiring in 2022.

A graduate of Carleton University with a BA in Economics, Mike obtained his Personal Financial Planning (PFP) designation through the Institute of Canadian Bankers, and successfully completed level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program, as well as the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP).

Mike is a former member of the Toronto Society of Financial Analysts, past Vice-President of the Kiwanis Club of Kingston, and in retirement continues to be active in his Parish and continues to support various charitable organizations.

Cindy Mills, RDA (Retired)

Licensed Assistant

Cindy Mills joined Investia Financial Services in January 1998. Cindy spent over 30 years in the financial services industry working for one of Canada's largest banks as well as a major Canadian Investment Dealer before retiring in 2022.

A graduate of St. Lawrence, Cindy remained on top of the ever changing financial services marketplace throughout her career. She devoted her career to helping her clients.

In retirement, Cindy continues to be an active member of the community and has been involved with many charities and organizations such the Canadian Cancer Society, board member of Birthright Kingston, board member with Gilda's Clubhouse, as well as the in-school mentoring program with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Club in Kingston, and sat on the board of the food Sharing Project and Co-Founder of Kingston Connections.
